The story of R & W Homes began long before the first foundation was poured.
It began with two friends—Scott and Shawn—who shared a love for real estate, design, and the satisfaction of turning vision into reality.
They met more than 35 years ago, building a friendship grounded in trust, integrity, and a shared drive to create something lasting. In 1995, they began working together in real estate—learning the market, understanding what buyers truly value, and discovering how great homes are built from the ground up.
By 2004, that shared passion evolved into something bigger. What began as house flips—thoughtfully reimagining existing spaces—grew into designing and building new homes that captured the same level of care, detail, and craftsmanship they admired in timeless architecture.
As their expertise deepened, so did their vision. They moved from building for the market to building for people—families who wanted homes that reflected who they are, built with intention and precision.
Today, R and W Homes stands as the result of three decades of collaboration, experience, and friendship. Scott and Shawn bring complementary strengths to every project—Scott’s eye for detail and quality craftsmanship, and Shawn’s business insight and commitment to client relationships. Together, they’ve built more than homes; they’ve built a reputation for refinement, trust, and enduring value.
